Vince is the managing partner and a senior risk advisor with the Critical Risk Team. Having worked at the executive level in the private and public sectors, he ensures risk, crises, and security solutions meet the strategic, operational, and financial requirements of clients. He has extensive financial crime investigative, executive protection, and tactical experience in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2012 and as an executive went on to direct the financial and property management of one of the largest regions of the RCMP. Most recently he was the Managing Director of class 1 Canadian international airport where he was responsible for all operational, security, environmental, infrastructure, and safety aspects of the organization. This included gleaning tremendous insight into the complexities of organizations managing risks, addressing security threats, and responding to crises. Through his leadership role in both the public and private sectors, his day-to-day activities included managing and mitigating a diversity of risks, security threats, and crises. His previous work in the critical infrastructure sector, coupled with his security expertise now helps clients design pragmatic and effective solutions while ensuring they take into consideration both strategic and financial considerations. He has had considerable success in planning and effecting organizational-wide structural and process changes, including initiating systems-based reorganizations and implementation of lean management practices including in risk, security, and crisis management. Vince has been able to apply his wide-ranging work experiences in leading his teams to innovative and pragmatic solutions. His C-Suite and extensive corporate management experience allows CRT to quickly identify solutions and an ongoing service relationship that addresses the critical needs of clients.
